Introducing Coaching For All
In 2023, we set out to challenge a long-standing norm: that executive coaching is reserved for executives. Our pilot program tested a bold idea—bringing high-impact coaching to mid-level managers and individual contributors, no corner-office required. The response was electric. So in 2025, we made it official: this once-experimental offering is now a core offering. We call it Coaching for All, and it's the best bang-for-the-buck in the coaching space.
