Coaching for All
In 2023 I realized too many emerging managers were locked out of coaching -- priced out, left out, overlooked. I love coaching Executives -- but they need depth in their own organizations to maximize their own impact.

That led to the decision to launch a pilot: high-impact coaching for mid-level managers and individual contributors, at a price every organization could say yes to.
​
The electric response -- and the rapid progress coachees made in the pilot -- led to the permanent Coaching for All program. With a compelling price point and innovative coaching approach, Coaching for All is now a reality.​
How it Works
1. We get started quickly. With smaller budgets, we want to squeeze all the learning and growth we can out of limited resources. So we use tools like our proprietary initial assessment to get a running start.

2. We practice key skills. It's one thing to understand something conceptually, and another to be able to do it yourself. Wherever possible, we practice difficult conversations together to build skill and confidence.

3. Homework is part of the work. The work continues between sessions -- we believe strongly in assigning relevant, growth-oriented homework to get the most out of coaching.
