I started Constellation to support leaders and teams in building organizations that are thoughtful, effective, and aligned with their values. Through coaching, workshops, and planning, I work alongside partners to help bring their vision to life.

My Story

Early in my career, I dismissed management quality, leadership, and culture as fluff — well-meaning distractions from the real work of driving measurable impact.

Then came a transformative experience. I was part of a high-performing organization that had surpassed its impact goals beyond our wildest expectations. Energized by that success, a large cohort of us moved together to a new organization, eager for the next challenge. But despite the talent base being virtually identical, the results were starkly different. Poor management and a misaligned culture rendered the same world-class team surprisingly ineffective.

That experience shattered my assumptions. I became obsessed with understanding what makes organizations thrive — not just in theory, but in practice. I approached leadership and culture with a healthy skepticism, determined to ground my learning in impact metrics, ROI, and operational leverage.

I took roles that let me test and refine these ideas: first managing consulting teams serving think tanks, social mission startups, and major automakers; later as the first #2 at a fast-growing impact organization, I built systems to measure and scale outcomes, shift incentives, and and implement cultural interventions that increased talent density and reduced costly morale friction.

In 2017, I launched my consulting practice to share these insights with leaders hungry for meaningful change. Today, I’m an evangelist for management, leadership, and culture — grounded not in fluff, but in data, impact, and the belief that how we lead is inseparable from the results we achieve.
