Keith Goodman (he/him)

Keith’s career has been dedicated to bringing disparate disciplines together to make organizations and campaigns more powerful and more impactful. Bringing together the skills of a coach, entrepreneur, manager, product lead, data analyst, researcher, and scientist, his passion is utilizing broad integrative thinking to make connections and grow organizational impact.
Keith has worked with dozens of clients across many sectors, with a particular focus on racial justice, climate and clean energy, and worker’s rights. He believes deeply in a vision of the world in which all humans are able to thrive, and the subsequent need for intersectional work to accomplish that.
Prior to founding Constellation Impact, Keith served as the first Chief of Staff at Color Of Change, where he scaled the organization's systems, processes and focus on impact. Previously, Keith worked in electoral politics, concentrating on developing innovations for progressive candidates and campaigns. In 2004, Keith was a pioneer in utilizing "big data" to help better target voters during the 2004 presidential election. In 2008, Keith architected an online to offline strategy for the 2008 Obama campaign, setting volunteer participation records to become the largest online to offline volunteer program in a US election at that point in time.

As a naturalist, Keith believes we have much to learn from nature. From coyote/badger cooperative hunting to the group intelligence of fungi, we have much to learn from nature in organizing our impact efforts. His favorite constellation is Ursa Major, one of the most practical constellations, having pointed the way for thousands of slaves to escape to freedom.
