Constellations have been the inspiration and means to accomplish big things for millennia: escaping slaves used the Big Dipper to point toward freedom, and Polynesians explored the vast expanses of the Pacific with celestial navigation.
We believe leaders create impactful organizations by connecting organizational strengths into powerful constellations — strengths that must include strategic, operational, and cultural domains to unlock the greatest impact.
