How it works

Build context

Our coaching starts by getting to know you and your organization. We'll be asking a lot of questions to make sure we have the picture we need to properly advise and coach. What's going well, and what's not going as well as you'd like? And most importantly, what are your goals?

Select areas of focus

No leader's list of priorities ever runs dry, so it's important to establish a set of initial areas of focus with the highest potential to strengthen your organization. We'll keep a running log of the total list to move through as we work together.

Concrete suggestions

We will offer specific advice when appropriate. While we do utilize self-reflection at times, we lean more toward the advisory approach rather than simply holding up a mirror for you.

Direct support

Our key differentiator is that when we identify a work product that is needed, be it a policy draft, budget template, slide presentation, or workshop, we work together to identify what your organization can own and where you might need some outside assistance. By filling gaps as you evolve, we act as a trusted senior staffer to help you move and grow.
